A Property Refurb for a Luxury HMO

This property is a luxury six-bedroom investment HMO and we’ve taken it to the next level in terms of quality for our Investor and our tenants.

Our refurbishment company are transforming a downstairs cloakroom into a good-sized bathroom and are splitting the existing family bathroom into two separate shower rooms. We are transforming this property into a six-bedroom HMO, which will have a total of 4 bathroom/shower rooms.

This not only attracts the best tenants, but it instantly adds value to the property.
